Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Luxe Beauty Supply within seven days of receipt and subject to conditions below. Once we receive and inspect your items, we will credit your Luxe account. Please allow 3-5 days for a credit to appear on your account. All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not offer cash refunds.
REQUEST AN RMA NUMBER (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- Once you are logged in, click on "Completed Orders" as shown below
- Select the items you want to return from your list of completed orders
- Complete the form and click on "Submit Return Request"
PACK YOUR ITEM
- Place your item in the original manufacturer's packaging
- Place the original package into a shipping carton.
- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
SHIP YOUR ITEM
- The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.
- You can download and print a "Pre-Filled RMA Return Label" (attached below). Please note these are not postage paid.
- We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Shipping Cost on Exchange
Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. For instance, if you received your item with free shipping, upon exchange, the customer must pay to have the item reshipped, despite the price of the item.
