Shipping Delays/Risk of Loss

Luxe Beauty Supply reserves the right to require a signature for any item shipped. Depending on the shipping information or dollar amount of the item, a signature requirement may be placed on the item. We will not for any reason remove this requirement. If you are not available to sign for the item, after the first attempt, you may choose to sign the slip to have the item left at your address, schedule a redelivery or pick up the item at a USPS location.

There are instances where item can be left for the recipient at their address. If the item will be left in plain view and is not safe, please request signature service. We are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen. Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Once items have left our warehouse, risk of loss is passed on to the customer, and we cannot be held responsible for any items that have yet to arrive in customers' hands. If necessary, we will gladly prepare an investigation to assist with any issues or loss. We cannot be held responsible or liable and will not be able to refund any transactions due to lost, stolen or late arrivals.
